This weekend I’m heading to Belgium to take part in the third round of the Blancpain Sprint Series!
Despite originally being scheduled to only complete in the Blancpain Endurance Cup, I received a late call from my 2016 team mate Stephen Earle to partner him in the remainder of the Sprint Championship.
We will be driving in the same car that I won the Gulf 12 Hour race in, a Ferrari 458 GT3 run by my team Kessel Ferrari.
Stephen and I met last year when we shared a car in the Blancpain Endurance Series. However half-way through the year we switched to the Sprint format and won right away.

2020欧洲杯体育投注备用This will be my first time at the Zolder race track which is a tight and undulating circuit that is more old-school with gravel and grass run off areas, as opposed to the smooth F1 circuits raced on in the Endurance Cup.
It’s been a while since I got to experience a new track so I’ve been studying and practicing as much as possible on Playstation and YouTube. Let’s hope it’s enough. A big thanks to Stephen, Kessel and Alan Macdonald for making this happen.
